Hokiyama Knives
Hokiyama Cutlery (Hokiyama Knife) is a leading knife brand in Japan’s Tosa region. Hokiyama is a company with over 800 years of tradition, technology, and spirit. It started with the production of Katana swords and now focuses on producing knives.
