The excellent Mcusta Zanmai Damascus Corian bread knife has a 23 cm serrated blade. Thanks to it, it handles slicing all kinds of bread perfectly. The well-known Mcusta Zanmai Damascus Corian collection of kitchen knives is characterized by great properties and unique aesthetics. These knives have special blades with a core of VG-10 steel, whose outer layers (32) are made of Damascus steel. Thanks to this, they are durable and very beautiful, as there is a striking pattern on the surface of the blades. Mcusta always makes sure that each knife has a thin blade, which significantly increases the pleasure of cutting. They remain sharp for a long time and are characterized by high hardness, reaching up to 61 +/- 1 HRC. This is the result of a thoughtful hardening process during production. The handle, made of light-colored corian, is also durable and very handy. Its ergonomic shape affects the comfort of use. It is finished with an elegant steel bolster and has reinforcement with three pins. The sharpening of Mcusta knives is done by the masters at the factory, so they are perfectly prepared for kitchen work in this respect.
