The special boning knife Mcusta Zanmai Damascus Corian has a blade with a length of 16.5 cm. It is a medium-sized kitchen knife that has an appropriately profiled tip and a strong blade. Thanks to this, it is perfect for boning, carving, and many other tasks. The well-known Mcusta Zanmai Damascus Corian series includes kitchen knives that are very durable and functional. Each of them has a beautiful pattern on the blade’s surface, which is due to the Damascus steel from which they are produced. This 32-layer steel surrounds the core, which owes its parameters to the VG-10 steel from which it is made. It is worth noting that all Mcusta blades are thin, which has a direct impact on the comfort of cutting in the kitchen. They maintain their sharpness for a long time, and they are also exceptionally hard – during hardening, they reach a hardness of 61 +/- 1 HRC. The impressive handles of the knives in the Mcusta Zanmai Damascus Corian series are made of aesthetic light corian. Thanks to this, they are resistant to moisture and durable. The finish in the form of a steel bolster adds elegance to the knives. The comfortable handle, which has an ergonomic shape, is also reinforced with 3 pins. The very high level of sharpness is the work of the excellent masters working at the Mcusta company.
