The small paring knife Mcusta Zanmai Pro Flame with a 9 cm blade has a versatile use in the kitchen. It is suitable for, among other things, peeling vegetables and fruits, and what’s more, it can also be used to decorate various dishes. The successful series of Mcusta Zanmai Classic Pro Flame knives has beautiful Damascus steel blades with a pattern resembling impressive flames. 32 layers of this steel surround a hard core, which is made of the well-known VG-10 steel. The hardening process, which brings the hardness of the blades to 61 +/- 1 HRC, is also responsible for the hardness of the blades. A characteristic feature of Mcusta knives is also the fact that the blades are thin, which allows for precise and pleasant cutting of products. The knives from the Mcusta Zanmai Classic Pro Flame collection have a durable handle with an ergonomic shape. Beautiful pakka wood is used for its production, and the whole is finished with a steel bolster and red spacers. The advantage of the handle is certainly its handiness. In the production process, an additional reinforcement of three pins is used, one of which has an interesting mosaic pattern. The incredible sharpness of the Mcusta Zanmai Classic Pro Flame knives, which is evident as soon as they are taken out of the box, is the result of the work of the sharpening masters from the Mcusta company.
