Kitchen knives from the Mcusta Zanmai Classic Pro Flame series have strong blades, which are their most important asset. Each core is made of the well-known VG-10 steel, and around it are 32 layers of equally valued and very beautiful Damascus steel. On it, you can see an incredibly impressive flame pattern, which is a characteristic feature of the entire Mcusta Zanmai Classic Pro Flame collection. The blades are hard – as a result of hardening, they reach a high level of 61 +/- 1 HRC – and also thin, which is a domain of the manufacturer. Thanks to this, they enable easy and precise cutting, which becomes a daily pleasure. In addition, after sharpening, they maintain their sharpness for a long time. Each knife from the Mcusta Zanmai Classic Pro Flame series also has a comfortable handle made of durable pakka wood.
