The universal knife with a 15 cm blade from the Mcusta Zanmai Pro Flame line is small and exceptionally handy. Its aesthetic appearance and functionality determine that it is an essential knife in every kitchen. It allows for very precise tasks such as peeling or slicing smaller pieces of meat or vegetables. The great series of Mcusta Zanmai Classic Pro Flame consists of durable and practical knives that have a hard core of VG-10 steel surrounded by 32-layer Damascus steel. On its surface, you can see a unique pattern of impressive flames, which gives these knives a unique character. The thin blades (typical of the respected knife manufacturer Mcusta) provide incredible comfort and pleasure while cutting. They are also very hard, thanks to hardening to a level of 61 +/- 1 HRC. An invaluable advantage is the fact that they maintain a high degree of sharpness for a long time. Mcusta Zanmai Classic Pro Flame knives are comfortable to work with because they have an ergonomic handle. Strong pakka wood is used for its production. The handle is characterized by an elegant finish in the form of red spacers and a steel bolster. It is reinforced by pins – one of the three has a decorative mosaic pattern. The sharpening of the knives is done in the final stage of production and is performed by the company’s true masters. Thanks to this, the knives are incredibly sharp right after they are taken out of the original box.
