The Sujihiki 27 cm kitchen knife from the Mcusta Zanmai Pro Zebra series has a narrow and long blade, thanks to which you can easily slice meat and fish (with just one stroke). The Sujihiki is also suitable for filleting and skinning fish. The Mcusta Zanmai Classic Pro Zebra line consists of functional and beautifully presented kitchen knives that have blades with a strong core. It is made of the well-known and valued VG-10 steel. Around the core, there are 32 layers of Damascus steel with a unique pattern on the surface of each blade. The thin blades characteristic of the Mcusta company allow for very precise and comfortable cutting. They are also hardened to a level of 61 +/- 1 HRC, so they are also characterized by high hardness and maintain their sharpness for a long period. The handle in the Mcusta Zanmai Classic Pro Zebra series is made of moisture-resistant and strong black micarta. It is decorated with a tasteful pin and also finished with special red spacers and an additional steel bolster.
