The universal kitchen knife with an 11 cm blade from the Mcusta Zanmai Pro Zebra series is small and very handy. Its functionality goes hand in hand with its beautiful appearance. You can successfully use it for precise kitchen work, such as peeling or slicing small pieces of vegetables and meat. Mcusta Zanmai Classic Pro Zebra is a line of great kitchen knives that impress with their durability and stylish appearance. The blades of these knives are made of 32-layer Damascus steel, which is located around a hard VG-10 steel core. It is worth adding that the blades are thin, which is typical for the well-known manufacturer Mcusta, so cutting with them is a pure pleasure. Hardened to 61 +/- 1 HRC, they provide excellent cutting properties and maintain high sharpness for a long time. The handle of the knives, made of black micarta, is also very durable and resistant to water. It looks striking, thanks to the use of a decorative pin and a tasteful finish with a steel bolster and red spacers. The handle and pin have been milled using high-quality CNC machines, with an accuracy of up to 0.001 mm. During the production process, the knives are then checked and sharpened by hand.
