The universal kitchen knife Mcusta Zanmai Splash has a blade with a length of 15 cm. It is a very handy knife that can handle precise tasks – for example, slicing small pieces of meat and vegetables or peeling. It is a true essential in the kitchen, which is not only functional but also looks exceptionally aesthetic. The Mcusta Zanmai Splash Damascus series of knives is known for its durability and quality. These knives have strong blades with a beautiful and distinct pattern, which are made of Damascus steel. 32 layers of the aforementioned steel surround the hard core of each knife, for the production of which the excellent VG-10 steel is used. The blades are thin, which is typical for the Mcusta brand and gives incredible comfort and pleasure of cutting. They are also characterized by high hardness, as during hardening it reaches 61 +/- 1 HRC. The blades also remain exceptionally sharp for a long time. Each Mcusta Zanmai Splash Damascus knife also has an impressive hexagonal handle, which is made of pakka wood. Thanks to the decoration with a red spacer and an aesthetic pin, they gain an endearing classic look. The handle is also very comfortable and works well for both left-handed and right-handed people. Thanks to the sharpening by the masters at the Mcusta factory, all the knives are extraordinarily sharp.
