A two-phase ceramic sharpener, designed specifically for Global knives and intended for sharpening all types of knives, with the exception of those with single-sided grinds, such as traditional Japanese knives. Thanks to water, the sharpening process is faster, and the factory-set openings make it easy to sharpen the knife at the correct angle. The rubberized handle and base have non-slip properties.
