A three-phase ceramic sharpener, recommended for all types of knives, with the exception of those with single-sided grinds, such as traditional Japanese knives. Thanks to water, the sharpening process is faster, and the factory-set openings make it easy to sharpen the knife at the correct angle. Because the slot where the knife is inserted is not set parallel to the ceramic wheel, its convex angle allows the knife to be given its original sharpness. The rubberized handle and base have non-slip properties.
