The core is surrounded by 132 layers of stainless steel, creating a unique, aesthetic pattern on the blade. The blade’s edge is hand-finished with the Honbazuke technique on natural stones and polished on leather strops, guaranteeing excellent cutting precision. The D-shaped black ash wood handle provides comfort and control, while the elegant design with mosaic pins and a bolster with the logo emphasizes the knife’s unique character. To maintain its excellent form, hand washing and sharpening on appropriate stones are recommended. Avoid using glass, ceramic, and stone cutting boards.
