The Muneishi Nakiri is a double-bevel knife. It is equipped with an extremely thin blade that resembles a cleaver and is perfect for chopping and slicing vegetables. This is a knife for all chopping lovers.

The very popular Muneishi kitchen knife series is recognizable for its perfect blade profile. These knives are guaranteed to be of high quality thanks to the use of a production technique called Warikomi. It uses soft iron claddings surrounding a hard core of carbon steel called Aogami #2. Thanks to the hardening process, the hardness that the knife blades achieve reaches a high level of 63-64 HRC. All Muneishi knives can also be sharpened very quickly precisely because of the hardening and heat treatment. They remain exceptionally sharp for a long time. The unique raw character of the knives is ensured by the black Kurouchi blade finish. The handle is oval and made of cherry wood, and it is finished with a beautiful red ferrule.

In the case of Muneishi knives, you need to take care of their maintenance after each use. They should be washed and dried, which will prevent rusting.
