The handy and small Tsunehisa Morado Petty kitchen knife has a blade length of 135 mm. It is a universal helper in every kitchen. With its help, you can easily process small products, such as garlic, shallots or mushrooms. Professional Tsunehisa Morado knives are made using top-quality steel called Aogami Super. They have very high durability and cutting aggressiveness, and also maintain the given level of sharpness for a long time. The high-quality knives have a core made of Aogami Super carbon steel, surrounded by cladding made of stainless steel. This solution increases the efficiency of kitchen activities, and also makes the knives very easy to care for. They have hard blades, which in the hardening process achieve 63 +/- 1 HRC. The classic finish, which emphasizes the Japanese character – Kurouchi – i.e., the black part on the upper side protects the blade. On the knives, you can also see traces of manual Tsuchime forging, which distinguish the aesthetic finish, and also eliminate cases of food sticking to the blades. The oval handle made of rosewood (Morado) is decorated with an elegant ferrule made of pakka wood.
