Multipurpose kitchen knife HADO Ginsan Santoku with a blade length of 180 mm, especially suitable for chopping and slicing. It features an aesthetic dark blade, making working with it a pleasure.
The excellent series of kitchen knives HADO Ginsan is renowned for handcrafted production – forging the blades is the task of Shogou Yamatsuka, while finishing and sharpening are the responsibilities of Tadataka Maruyama. The core made of steel called Ginsan (Silver#3) is surrounded by cladding made from stainless steel. Hardening gives the blades a high hardness level reaching 62-63 HRC. This process, together with the heat treatment of the steel, results in exceptional ease of sharpening. Additionally, each knife remains incredibly sharp for a long time. The handle, which has an octagonal shape, is made from beautiful cherry wood. It is extremely handy and tastefully crafted.
Japanese kitchen knives HADO are especially recommended for professional chefs who expect the highest quality and functionality, as well as home cooking enthusiasts who appreciate the craftsmanship from the Land of the Rising Sun.
