The Nakiri 17 cm is a traditional Japanese vegetable knife, characterized by a straight, wide blade that allows for quick and accurate chopping and slicing. Thanks to its geometry, it ensures full contact with the board, eliminating the need for a “rocking” motion.
High-grade VG-10 steel, a hardness of 61+/-1 HRC, and a hammered Tsuchime finish make the knife extremely sharp, rust-resistant, and easy to maintain.
