The Gyuto kitchen knife with a 21 cm blade comes from the valued Mcusta Zanmai Pro Flame collection. It is the Japanese edition of a classic-style chef’s knife, so it has a wide range of uses during culinary activities. This multifunctional knife is suitable for use with many cutting techniques. You can use it to slice the vast majority of products, e.g., meat and fish, or fruits and vegetables. Mcusta Zanmai Classic Pro Flame is a line of exceptionally successful kitchen knives whose blades are made of 32 layers of Damascus steel surrounding a VG-10 steel core. A feature that distinguishes this series of knives is the flame pattern that appears on the blades. Thanks to them being thin, they increase comfort while cutting. During production, they are hardened to 61 +/- 1 HRC, and they also maintain a really high level of sharpness for a long time. The handle of each knife, made of strong pakka wood, looks impressive, among other things, due to the elegant finish with a steel bolster and red spacers. It has an ergonomic, very comfortable shape and is reinforced with three pins, one of which has a decorative, mosaic pattern.
