The Mcusta Zanmai Pro Zebra Gyuto 21 cm knife is the Japanese version of a classic chef’s knife and thus a basic tool in every kitchen. The line of excellent Mcusta Zanmai Classic Pro Zebra knives, which are durable and look impressive, is one of the most successful from the well-known manufacturer Mcusta. Each knife has a Damascus steel blade with a striking pattern visible on its surface. Inside, there is a core, for the production of which VG-10 steel is used (surrounding it are up to 32 layers of the aforementioned Damascus steel). Thanks to hardening, these blades become exceptionally hard (61 +/- 1 HRC). They are also quite thin, which is typical for this manufacturer, and thus provide real comfort and pleasure while cutting. Mcusta Zanmai Classic Pro Zebra knives have handles made of black micarta, which is durable and, thanks to the decorations, gives the whole series an original character. Micarta is also resistant to moisture, which is perfect for many kitchen activities. The finish with a steel bolster, as well as red spacers, along with a decorative pin, gives it a uniquely beautiful look.
