The Mcusta Zanmai Pro Zebra Sujihiki 24 cm knife is distinguished by its long and narrow blade, which is used primarily for slicing meat and fish – with just one stroke of the blade! It can also be used for filleting and skinning fish. Mcusta Zanmai Pro Zebra is a series of beautiful and functional knives, one of whose greatest advantages is their extraordinary durability. These knives have excellent blades made of 32 layers of Damascus steel and a strong core, for the production of which the well-known VG-10 steel is used. Each knife has an aesthetic pattern on the blade’s surface and allows for exceptionally comfortable cutting (thanks to the fact that Mcusta blades are appropriately thin). During the hardening process, their hardness reaches 61 +/- 1 HRC. It is also worth paying attention to the knives’ handle, which has a striking appearance and is made of strong black micarta. It is decorated with an impressive pin and additionally finished with red spacers and a steel bolster. The handle is characterized by durability and useful resistance to water in the kitchen.
