The high-quality Tsunehisa Morado Gyuto kitchen knife has a 240 mm blade and is a multi-functional tool, useful for various culinary activities. It is suitable for universal use in the kitchen – both for mincing and cutting into thin slices. The professional series of kitchen knives made of the valued Aogami Super steel – Tsunehisa Morado – is famous for its excellent quality and durability. Its advantages also include cutting aggression, as well as maintaining a high degree of sharpness of each knife. The core is made of the aforementioned Aogami Super carbon steel, clad with cladding made of stainless steel. Thus, the knives from this collection are exceptionally easy to care for and enable efficient and comfortable work in the kitchen. The hardening process makes the hardness of the blades reach a level of 63 +/- 1 HRC. The traditional character of the knives is due to the special Kurouchi finish in the form of a black part located on the top side of the blade, which protects it and gives it a classic Japanese look. A characteristic feature is also the traces of manual forging of the knives (Tsuchime), which not only prevent food from sticking to the blades, but also make them have a beautiful finish. The oval handle made of rosewood (Morado) has a decorative ferrule made of pakka wood.
