Tsunehisa Nami Petty 8 cm AUS10

The small universal Tsunehisa Nami knife with a length of 8 cm is an indispensable addition to any kitchen. It is a tool that will be useful both for cutting vegetables and fruits, as well as for more precise kitchen tasks. Each knife from the prestigious Nami collection has been carefully hand-forged in the heart of Japan, in the picturesque Tosa region. This is a series of knives that delights with a beautiful blade made of 33-layer Damascus steel, whose design refers to sea waves. The core of these knives is made of steel with excellent stainless properties, known as AUS-10. It is an extremely durable material that maintains its sharpness for a long time. The hardening process gives these knives an impressive hardness of 61 +/- 1 HRC. The blades are precisely finished to a high gloss, which adds not only to their functionality but also to their aesthetic charm. The knife’s handle has an octagonal shape, characteristic of Japanese tradition. It was made from a single piece of Japanese oak, which gives it exceptional durability and natural charm. The name of the Nami series, which means “wave” in Japanese, was chosen because of the unique pattern of Damascus steel, which resembles rising sea waves. This small universal Tsunehisa Nami knife is not only a practical kitchen tool but also an elegant piece of equipment for your kitchen. Indulge in the exclusivity of Japanese craftsmanship and be delighted by the perfect combination of functionality and aesthetics in one knife.
