MIYABI 5000MCD Chutoh Knife 16 cm

The Miyabi CHUTOH knife is a medium-sized tool with a length of 16 cm, ideal for precise slicing, cleaning, and carving of meat and fish. Its thin, stable blade provides full control during work, allowing for the most accurate cuts. Appreciated by chefs worldwide, it is an excellent choice for a professional kitchen. The blade is made of a MicroCarbide MC63 steel core, surrounded by 100 layers of steel with different properties, achieving a hardness of 63 HRC thanks to the CRYODUR® ice-hardening process (-196°C). The sharpness of the blade is achieved with the Honbazuke grind on the best natural sharpening stones and then polished on leather strops. The ergonomic D-shaped handle made of Masur birch wood fits perfectly in the hand and is eye-catching with its natural grain. Fine stainless steel accents and red lines complete the set, combining the highest quality, sharpness, and aesthetics.
