Aogami Super Steel Knives
Aogami Super or the very prestigious Blue Steel (the two names for this extremely sharp steel are used interchangeably). 3-layer, very sharp and exceptionally beautiful knives are forged from it, whose spine is not even 2 mm thick.

3-layer knives made of Aogami Super steel can hold their sharpness for up to 4-5 months, provided that you cut on wooden or special Japanese cutting boards. The hardness of the steel at the level of 63-65 HRC on the Rockwell scale clearly indicates that you can expect a truly exceptional knife. Sharpening knives made of this steel is done on synthetic stones.
